Ingredients required for making methi dhapate

Fenugreek - 1 judi
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Sorghum flour - 1 cup
Besan - 1/2 cup
Sesame - 1 tbsp
Ajwan - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 piece
Garlic - 4 to 5 cloves
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Red chili powder - 2 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp


Methi dhapate making recipe

To make methi dhapate, first wash the methi well with water. Then finely chop the fenugreek. 

Then take a plate. Add wheat flour, sorghum flour and besan. Add 2 tbsp oil and mix well.

In a mixer bowl, grate the garlic. Here it is, add garlic paste to the flour. Then mix it well. 

Then add ajwan, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, coriander powder and mix well.

Then add a little water and soften the flour. Cover the dough for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, roll it up like a chapati. 

Then place the griddle on one side. Spread a little oil on the tawa. Then add rolled Methi dhapate and fry well. Bake all the Methi dhapate well in this way.
