Ghee / Butter - 4 tbsp
Semolina - 1 cup
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
Milk - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
Desiccated coconut - for decoration

How to make chocolate rava ladoo:

To make chocolate rava ladoo, first put a pan on the gas. Then add 4 tbsp ghee or butter. Once the ghee is slightly hot, add 1 cup of Semolina. 

At that time, keep the gas on low to medium heat. Then stir the semolina well. Stir until semolina turns red.

Then add cocoa powder. Add cocoa powder and stir well for 1 minute. Turn off the heat after 1 minute after mixing the cocoa powder in the semolina.

Then mix 3/4 cup milk in that mixture. Mix that milk well in that mixture. Stir the mixture well until the milk soaks. Then add 1/2 cup sugar to the mixture. You can add sugar to your taste.

Mix the sugar well in the mixture. After the sugar dissolves, stir until the mixture thickens well.

Then add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence to the mixture. Then mix it all together. Then turn off the gas.

Then remove the mixture to a plate. Then make rolls of the desired size. Then take the grated coconut in a plate, put the prepared rolls in it and spread the grated coconut on all sides.
