Everyone loves samosas. A lot of people make samosas in different ways. One such tasty samosa method I am going to tell you.

Ingredients for making samosa:

Maida - 1 cup
Ajwain - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Black pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Potatoes - 5-6
Oil - for frying
Red Chili - as needed

Samosa Recipe:

To make samosa, first put 3 cups of water in the cooker and add potatoes and take 3-4 whistles.

Take the flour in a bowl. Add 2 tbsp hot oil, ajwain and salt and knead the dough with a little water. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Once the potatoes are cooked, mash them. Then put 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add black pepper powder, salt to taste and 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder. Spoon the mixture well.

After 20 minutes, roll the flour into small balls. Then roll it into small chapatis. Then cut it in half and make it a triangular shape.

Then fill the prepared mixture in that triangular shape and press it from above. Shape it like a samosa. Prepare all the samosas this way.

Then heat oil for frying in a pan. Then put the gas on medium heat. Then add the prepared samosas and frying well.

These prepared samosas can be eaten with sauce or with green chutney.
