Ingredients for making tomato soup:

Tomatoes - 4-5
Finely chopped Ginger - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped garlic - 2-3 cloves
Curry leaves - 4-5 leaves
Finely chopped chillies - 3
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Mustard - 1 tbsp
Water - as needed
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cornflower - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Sugar - 1 tbsp

Tomato soup recipe:

To make tomato soup, put the tomatoes in a pot and place it in the pot cooker. Put the cooker on the gas and take 3 whistles and cook the tomatoes well.

After 3 whistles, peel the cooked tomatoes. Then take cornflower and 4 tbsp water in a bowl and mix it.

Then add the peeled tomatoes and cornflower water to the bowl of the mixer and grind. Then strain the mixture well.

Then put 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped ginger and stir well. Then add curry leaves, finely chopped chillies and stir well.

When the garlic turns a little red, add the tomato mixture. Then add sugar, salt and water as needed (tomato soup can be diluted with more water if desired). 

Put the mixture on medium heat. Cook this tomato soup for 4-5 minutes. After 4-5 minutes, the tomato soup will come to a boil. Turn off the heat when it boils. Serve this tomato soup hot.
