Ingredients for making matar paneer:

Chopped onion - 1
Chopped Tomatoes - 1
Ginger-Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Green Chilies - 2
Oil - 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Laltikhat - 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Cheese - 200 gms
Peas - 1 cup
Water - 1 to 1 1/2 cups
Oil - for frying

Matar paneer recipe:

To make matar paneer, first take a pan. Add 2 tbsp oil. When the oil is a little hot, add chopped onion. Make onion reddish. Then add chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic paste.

Then stir well. Then add salt to taste. Adding salt makes tomatoes soft quickly. Add green chillies and mix well. 

Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat after 2-3 minutes. Grind the cooked mixture in a mixer.

Cut the paneer on one side as desired. Then put oil in a pan. Add sliced ​​paneer and  Fry the well.

On one side, put 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. Add red chili powder. Add red chili powder and prepared onion-tomato mixture. So that redness does not burn. Then shake it well.

Then add coriander powder and turmeric powder and mix well. Then cover the mixture for 2-3 minutes. 

After 2-3 minutes, remove the lid and turn the heat to high. Stir the mixture well until the mixture is half as thick as before.

Then add peas to the mixture. Stir well for 1 minute. Then add paneer. Then mix well. 

Then add water and stir the mixture again. Then cover it and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
 
Turn off the heat when the matar paneer is well cooked. Then serve hot Matar paneer to everyone. This Matar paneer you can eat with tandoori roti.
