Ingredients needed for making dal pakwan:

Maida - 1 cup
Chana Dal - 1 1/2 cups
Oil - 4 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped tomatoes - 1
Finely chopped onion - 1
Finely chopped cilantro - as needed
Salt - to taste
Chinchilla chutney
Green chutney
Yogurt - 1 cup
Shave-1 cup
Water - 2 cups

How to make dal pakwan:

To make dal pakwan, first soak chana dal for 2 hours. After 2 hours, put the soaked chana dal and water in a cooker. Take 2 whistles then turn off the gas.

Take the flour in a bowl to make a pakwan on one side. Add 2 tbsp hot oil and salt to taste. Soak the mixture well. After soaking the flour, cover it for 15 minutes.

Then put 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cooked chana dal. Then add turmeric,red chili powder, cumin powder, salt to taste and stir well. Turn off the heat after 2 minutes.

After 15 minutes of baking dough, roll it into small balls. Then roll it into circle like small chapati (3-4 cm). Then fry the rolled pakwan in oil. This pakwan will become crispy.

Then place a pakwan in a plate. Put the dal you have prepared on it. Then add curd, tamarind chutney, green chutney.
