Ingredients needed to make Shengole recipe:

Jawar flour - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Besan - 1/2 cup
Ajwain / Carrom Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Garlic Green Chili Paste (7-8 garlic cloves and 1-2 green chillies) - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Cilantro - finely chopped
Garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Water - 3 large glasses
Oil - 1 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Asafoetida

The recipe for making shengole recipe: 

Take Jawar flour in a bowl. Add wheat flour and besan. Combine that mixture well. Then add ajwain, turmeric, garlic, chilli paste and salt. Mix that mixture together. Then add cilantro and knead with a little water. Don't make the flour too thin. Knead it a little thick. Cover the soaked flour for 10 minutes.

Then heat oil in a pan on one side. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let it crackle. Then add asafoetida and keep it on low heat. Then add garlic paste, garam masala and red chili powder and mix well. Spoon it for 1 minute. Then add water and salt and let the gravy boil.

After 10 minutes of soaking the dough, make thick or thin shengole of your choice. When all the shengole are ready, add them to the boiling gravy.

Once you mix those shengole lightly with a spoon. Then cover and cook over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes. Turn off the heat when the shingles are well cooked. Add cilantro on it.
