Balushahi is one of the most famous sweets in North India. Usually people don't like to make balushahi at home. For this, I am going to tell you a simple method of making Homemade Delicious Balushahi from household items.

Ingredients for making Homemade Delicious Balushahi : 

Flour: 1 cup
Sugar: 1 cup
Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Cardamom: 2
Salt: A pinch
Oil: For frying
Baking soda: 1/2 tsp
Food color: as needed
Water: 1 1/2 cups

How to make homemade delicious Balushahi like Halwai Style:

First take the flour in a bowl. Add salt, baking soda, 2 tbsp hot oil and mix well.Then add yoghurt to the mixture and soak all the mixture. Make a soft dough out of that mixture. Cover the dough for 15 minutes.

Then place a pot on the gas to make the syrup on one side. Add one cup of sugar and 1 1/2 cups of water and finely chopped cardamom. Stir in the cooked spoon. Make a paste of that mixture and turn off the heat, add food color and stir.

After 15 minutes, make small balls with holes in the middle of the flour mixture. Put the gas on one side on low heat and place the pan on the gas and add oil to it. Heat a little oil and add the prepared balls. Fry those pellets on low heat. Remove the tablets when they turn red. Then leave the fried balls in the prepared pan.

Soak the balls in the pan for 2-3 minutes, then remove the delicious, halwai style balushahi and give it to everyone to eat.

In this way, Homemade Delicious, halwai style balushahi was created.
