Easy Rasgulla recipe tips and tricks :

  • Use cow's milk to make spongy rasgulla.
  • Knead the cracked milk cheese for 15 to 20 minutes. The more you knead the dough, the softer the rasgulla will be.
  • When making rasgulla, make sure that it does not crack. If the rasgulla is cracked, it will crack when cooked.
  • A lot of people find rasgulla sour. For this, after adding cold water to the skim milk and rubbing it a little, its sourness decreases.
  • When the rasgulla is ready, add rose water. It tastes very good. You can also add cardamom.
  • A lot of people don't understand whether Rangulla is ready or not. There is a very simple solution to that. That is, the rasgulla appears to be twice as large as the first size.

Easy Rasgulla Recipe Ingredients :

Milk - 1/2 liter,
Flour or cornflower - 1 tbsp,
Sugar - 1 cup,
Water - 2 cups,
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp

How to make recipe of rasgulla            

First boil the milk. Take lemon juice in a bowl and add a little water. Then add lemon water to the milk and mix it evenly. 

Put a cotton cloth on a pot, add the skim milk, remove all the water and then add 2 glasses of cold water and strain it well so that the lemon taste disappears.

Wrap the skim milk in a cloth and keep it under a heavy container for half an hour so that all the water is gone. 

After half an hour, it will form a cheese-like lump. Take it in a bowl, add flour and knead well. Make small balls of it. 

Care should be taken not to crack the pills in it. If cracks appear, knead a little more.

Then take sugar and double the amount of water in a pot to make the syrup and bring it to a good boil. 

When it boils, leave the balls in it and cover it and keep it on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes. Spoon the balls into it.

Turn off the heat for 15 minutes and remove the rasgulls to a pan and let cool.
