Palak puri with palak puri chutney

Ingredients for making palak puri:

Spinach - 3 cups
Wheat flour - 1 1/2 cups
Besan - 1 cup
Hot oil - 3 tbsp
Ajwan - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1 small piece
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Red Chili Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying
Water - 1/2 cup (if needed)

How to make palak puri:

To make palak puri, first put ginger-garlic in a mixer pot and prepare its taste.In a pot, soak spinach in 2 glasses of lukewarm water for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, remove the spinach from the water.Take a mixer pot. Add spinach and make a fine paste.

Then put the spinach paste in a pot. Add wheat flour, gram flour and hot oil and mix well.
Then add ginger-garlic paste and mix well. Then add ajwan, cumin powder, sesame seeds, red chili powder, salt and knead well. 

Preferably soak all the flour well and you will not need to add water in it. Soak the palak puri flour a little thicker.You can add a little water if you need. Knead the flour well and make a lump. Cover the prepared flour for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, roll it into small balls. Then roll the palak puri like puris of those pills. (Those puris are neither too thick nor too thin.)

After rolling all the puris, place the pan on one side. Add oil and heat the oil well. Then put the gas on high heat. put it all puris.

Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Water: 5 tbsp
Finely chopped chillies: 1 tbsp
Peanut powder - 5 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste

How to make palak puri chutney:

Put yogurt in a bowl. Mix water in it and combine the mixture. Then add finely chopped chillies, sugar, salt, peanut powder and whisk all the mixture. If the palak puri chutney is too spicy, you can add peanut powder and curd.
