Ingredients for making pakoda chutney:

Garlic - 12 to 13 cloves
Ginger - 1 large piece
Green Chilies - 10 to 12
Cornflower - 1/2 cup
Water - 3 glasses
Food coloring - 2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste

Recipe for making pakoda chutney :

To make pakoda chutney, first grind ginger, garlic and chilli in a mixer bowl.
Then place the pan on a gas. Add 2 tbsp oil. Then add ginger, garlic and chilli paste and stir well.

A little oil appeared on that paste. Stir in the paste, add vinegar, food coloring, soy sauce and salt and stir well.
  
Take the cornflour in a pot on one side. Add a glass of water and stir well. Be careful not to roll it. Pour this conifer mixture into the pan and stir constantly.

So there will be no lumps in it then the mixture will start to thicken slowly. Add water to the mixture if desired and stir it constantly. Then it will start to boil slowly. Turn off the gas at that time.

This pakoda chutney is ready in 15 to 20 minutes. If the chutney is too thick, add water. 

Thus prepared tasty, spicy pakoda chutney. This pakoda chutney you can eat with Spicy patta gobhi pakoda. Definitely try it at home and comment if you like.
