Ingredients for making Spicy patta gobhi pakoda:

Cabbage leaves - 1 kg
Garlic - 10 to 12 cloves
Ginger - 1 piece
Cornflower - 1/2 cup
Maida - 1 cup
salt - to tested
Food color (orange red) - 1 tbsp

How to make Spicy patta gobhi pakoda:

To make patta gobhi pakoda, first take a plate and grate the cabbage a little thicker. Grind the ginger and garlic on one side in a mixer. Then add the garlic ginger paste and salt to the grated leaf cabbage and mix well.

The mixture will have to water drain slowly. Then when the water is drained, add it to the cornflour and knead it again.
 
Then add one tablespoon of flour and mix well. Add a little flour and mix well. It takes at least 1 cup of flour in that.

Then add orange red food color and mix the whole mixture. Then make a ball of it. Keep in mind that the patta gobhi pakoda flour should not be too thick. Let this dough stay a little thin. There is no need to add water to the flour.

Then add oil for frying in a pan. Put the gas on a high flame and make pakodas of the desired size. Then put the prepared pakodas in hot oil and fry well
