Spicy Pav Bhaji Recipe - Indian dish

Ingredients required for making pavbhaji

Potatoes - 1/2 kg
Tomatoes - 1/2 kg
Cauliflower - 1/4 kg
Capsicum - 2
Finely chopped onion - 1 cup
Soaked peas - 1 cup
Amul Butter - 3 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Pavbhaji Masala - 3 tbsp
Red Chili Powder - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Cilantro - 1/2 cup
Pav - 3 to 4 ladi

How to make spicy pavbhaji:

To make Pavbhaji, first wash all the vegetables well. Then peel the potatoes. Then cut it. Similarly, chop tomatoes, cauliflower, capsicum.

Then put chopped tomatoes, cauliflower, capsicum and soaked peas in a cooker and add 3 glasses of water and take 3-4 whistles.

Then when the vegetables are well cooked, remove them to a pot. Then mashed the cooked vegetables.

Place the pan on the gas on one side. Add oil. Then add butter. Then add cumin seeds. When cumin seeds are slightly cracked, add finely chopped onion. 

When onion becomes slightly reddish soft, add ginger-garlic paste. Then shake it well.

Then add pavbhaji masala and stir again. Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and stir well. Then add all the mashed vegetables. Then combine all the ingredients well.

Then add 1/2 to 1 glass of water and stir well.

Place the tawa on the gas on one side. Put butter or ghee on it and heat the bread well.

Turn off the heat after 5-7 minutes. Then add a tablespoon of butter, cilantro and stir well. 

Then serve hot pavbhaji to everyone. When serving pavbhaji, add a little onion and lemon. It is very good at pavbhaji test.
